For someone who already knows caviar — Beluga Premium 50 g, R4,590. The name everyone knows, in our top grade.
The considered smaller gift — Bester Classic 30 g, R1,890. Buttery and nutty, with a lot of the Beluga character for noticeably less.
A first taste for two — Sterlet Classic 10 g, R590. Clean, delicate and hard to get wrong.
